Parasite prevention- From April 1st through September we require some form of flea and tick prevention.
The type used is up to the client and can include oral preventatives, spot on (applied between the shoulder blades), flea and tick collars.

Food- We recommend Purina One and Purina Pro Plan. Most clients bring their own food from home which is fine. Please bring enough for your stay plus two days.Toys and bedding- you are welcome to bring toys and bedding from home. Bedding that fits in our washer will be washed. We can't guarantee that bedding won't be chewed up.
Payment and how we charge- We do not have a check out time however we can often be flexible with drop off and pick up times.
